Condition Of Book: This is a Good Copy of this book in original cream soft cover wrappers with gilt title lettering to spine and upper cover.There is a little water staining that has affected 3-4 inches of the first 6 leaves at the bottom edge.There is a little internal scattered foxing present.The book has a firm binding with no hinge weakness.This copy contains a signed letter from the Author laid in loosely at the front of the book.The letter is headed 7 Northwick Terrace N.W. and is address to a Mr Colles and is dated 17 jan 1909.It is written in ink and signed by The Author of the book Maurice Hewlett.Decent copy for the collector 8vo 85pp plus 1 advertisement leaf First Edition
