This is a Very Good Copy of this book in Publisher’s Orange cloth boards with black title lettering to spine and upper cover,with a couple of remnant pieces of the dust-wrapper laid in at the front of the book.This copy has NO previous names or inscriptions present.A novel of suspense,murder and humour with an angling bent.Written by Pertwee the father of Jon Pertwee (Dr Who) The book has a firm binding with no hinge weakness,small mark to the top edge of the lower cover and a mark to the rear hinge join with stitching showing through this measures 5mm.Rare title undated but Circa 1939.8vo 284pp + 4 pages of publisher ads at rear of the book.Second Printing
