This is a Fine Copy of this Book in full black calf with blind stamped elaborate designs to the front and rear covers with five raised bands to spine lettered in gilt along spine with inner gilt dentelles and with matt black endpapers with one previous inscription to the endpaper.One page of family entries to the dedicated page of entries with earliest date being 1866.A very handsome copy in lovely condition with all page edges in gilt.In the Welsh language with each page divided into 2 sections,with purple silk ribbon bookmark still in place.Binding remains firm with no hinge weakness,contents are remarkably clean and bright with NO foxing.In place are 8 coloured maps to the rear of the book in superb condition of The Holy Land,The Country Round Jerusalem,Modern Palestine,Acts and Epistles,Old Testament History,Holy Land Physical Features,The Promised Land,and Canaan.Undated but Circa 1890…Large Quarto with weight in excess of 4.5 KG 1156pp Scarce in this condition
