This is a Very Good Copy Originally Produced in card cover,though this has been rebound in a rather striking and unusual contemporary suede leather binding.The First Edition of the Hermetic Research Series issue of this sought after title and published in Wales.The work includes transcriptions by Kevin Wilby of four books of “The Lemegetton Clavicula Solomonis and they include ‘Goetia’ Theurgia Goetia’ ‘The Art Pauline’ and finally ‘The Art of Almadel’ The artwork drawings are by Richard Bitelli.This copy was acquired from an impressive Private Library of a former Author,Academic and Lecturer on Occultism,Mysticism and Astrology and it bears his name label to the front endpaper.There is some wear to the outer leather binding at corners,with half leather over the brown suede boards.Some foxing to the front pastedown.Book has a firm binding with NO loose leaves.There are parallels in this work to the title of ‘Steganographia by Trithemius in the 17th Century.A great addition to any serious collection of books on the Occult and The Lesser Key of Solomon,8vo 137pp First Edition [1985]
